i'll really only be taking commissions via VGen occasionally accept payments through Cashapp or PayPal if service is not available on my VGen Dm me!When commissioning me please give me references of your character or poses as it'll be easier for me to illustrate your commission.All commissions include Personal and Monetized Use. Commercial Rights require a price increase of $50-100 (depending on service/complexity). Please let me know beforehand if you want Commercial Rights included

YCHs

Files will be delivered in PNG formart. Please keep in mind this is a YCH base you will not receive any updates during the process of me working on it. After I am done I will send the finished product for any mistakes or small revisions.

Terms of Service

Payment via Stripe, CashApp, Paypal.
It may take me up to weeks/months to finish commissions as I do work/study. Unless it is a priority commission then it will be completed within the agreed deadline.It's okay to ask me to make changes on your commission such as adjusting colors, details and such. Any MAJOR changes (different outfit, different pose) after the sketch has been approved will be charged EXTRA.I have the right to decline a commission if I don't feel comfortable doing it, or if I feel like I won't be able to do a good job.I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my sites, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolios.Please keep in mind that my art is constantly evolving as I am still learning and improving my skills, so there might be slight differences between the examples and the illustration you will receive. If something happens and you want to cancel your slot on the waitlist feel free to let me know and I'll remove your slot from the list.You’re also allowed to change your character before I start your commission. However, if already paid and your new character is more detailed. I’m allowed to ask you to pay for the extra details.If you want updates on your commission all updates will immediately be updated to Trello or Vgen as it is easier to keep track on all projects I am working on.Adoptable Terms of ServiceDesign

I retain intellectual property rights to the original art and may post them on my art sites/portfolio/etc.
You can crop, rotate, or resize it for anything (icons, banner, etc.) However, please do not draw over the original artwork! Any small design changes may be done in new artwork drawn by you or someone else.
Trading/Selling
You can trade, sell, and gift the design to anyone.
If selling, the suggested price is the cost of the original price + any commissioned work + your own art. I would prefer my designs not be sold at a profit less or more than their current value.Refund Policy
You can request a 100% refund IF I have not started on the sketch. If during the sketching process and your sketch doesn't come out like you want it after many revisions you can request a 50% refund.
Once I start on the lineart process you can no longer request for a refund.
I do not offer refunds for my adopts or any Shop items from Vgen.
